OpenAI 4.1 support for playground, evaluations and cost tracking

Langfuse now offers compatibility for OpenAI's new series of GPT models 4.1, 4.1-mini and 4.1-nano.

Improved Performance: GPT-4.1 surpasses GPT-4o in all areas, with major gains in coding (54.6% on SWE-bench Verified) and instruction following
Larger Context Windows: Supports up to 1 million tokens of context with improved long-context comprehension
Refreshed Knowledge: Features a refreshed knowledge cutoff of June 2024
Model Variety: Available in three versions - GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1 mini, and GPT-4.1 nano - to optimize between performance and cost
